Why is the clients list not mentioned on the web site of Speak Asia?

Why is it that a panelist has to fill his/her demographic details each time we fill the survey, Why is that details not saved at their end for each panelist?
Its an integral part of each survey and is done to track and keep miscreants who are filling many survey on many ids at bay. Lot of questions are inserted knowingly in surveys (which you may think are not necessary) to keep check on panelist. There are ‘n’ number of checks like behavior pattern, IP Tracking that company uses so that surveys get filled genuinely by genuine person But like any business the moral responsibility is on both the parties, here we are responsible to fill up surveys honestly and company is responsible to pay for surveys which are filled correctly.
If a panelist is being paid to give an opinion by filling a survey, Why is that Speak Asia allows one panelist to take 3 main panels and pays the panelist thrice for the same opinion?
Speak Asia never allowed any individual to take three panels. If an individual wants to take more survey than he/she needs to purchase sub-panel wherein additional surveys will be provided. 3 panels are provided to a single family wherein family members are interested to do survey and their money can be collected and called in a single bank account. The profile in these id’s should be of family Member only who is doing survey, failing to do so the survey income will not be credited and panelist can be discontinued.
